NP "Cadastral Engineers" has become the first self-regulatory company in Russia in the sphere of cadastral activities registered in the State SRO Register. In her article
"SRO - usage instruction" M.I. Petrushina, Director General of NP "Cadastral Engineers" describes in details that with the active use of the powers invested to SRO by the State it is possible to organize the work of self-regulatory companies in such a way that membership in the Partnership will become a quality mark in the cadastral activities market.
In this regard the Presidium of NP "Cadastral Engineers" has worked out a
development concept for non-profit partnership for 2010-2011 , as well as amendments to the
Regulations for membership in the Non-profit partnership “Organization of cadastral engineers’ activities”. "The arbitration as a way of resolving disputes and protection of violated rights in the sphere of land and property relations" the author describes detaily the aims and objectives of the Arbitral Tribunal created at NP "Cadastral Engineers" to consider disputes arising from civil legal relations between:
- members of the NP "Cadastral Engineers",
-member NP "Cadastral Engineers" and other persons who are not the Partnership members,
- any other persons who have submitted the disputes to the resolution of the Arbitration Court on the basis of the arbitration agreement.
Arbitration Court at the NP "Cadastral Engineers" adjudicates disputes of any category except those cases when the federal law establishes an exclusive jurisdiction of state courts ... “Spheres of activities” column is presented with the articles:
"Land use management provision with agricultural lands” , by S.N. Volkov, President of the State Land Management University, RAAS Academician, and
S.I.Skubiyev, director of NPI "Zeminform", "FGOU VPO State Land Management University". In this article the authors consider in detail the problems and challenges of land use management provision with agricultural lands in Russia. In order to establish agricultural lands management system and implementation of activities on the rational usage of these lands it is necessary to develop a "Federal target program for the complex land use management in the Russian Federation in 2010-2020" - the scientists believe.
"On modernization of the land use management process in the light of new normative and regulatory documents" by
V.V. Pimenov , Ph.D. in Economics, Professor of Land Management Department of the State Land Management University. The present article summarizes regulatory documents published over the last two or three years and aimed at streamlining of the State regulation of land use management in Russia. Due to its thematic focus the magazine draws much attention to the mentioned problem by publishing texts under the heading "Federal legislation" with the specialists’ comments on the released laws and introduced herein amendments under the other edition headings.
